No, there is no chance of this happening as CashCrate doesn’t require you to give out your bank account, credit card, or PayPal information. It is a 100% free service and you are required to pay nothing. Once you have made enough money to make a cash out, or withdrawal, you are mailed a check that can be cashed at any major bank.
They have lots to lose by stealing anything from their customers as their negative reputation would eat up and destroy and future business their customers would give them.
